★ Story-line : Raja, portrayed by Bonny Sengupta, is a young man who seems to be constantly at odds with academic success, struggling to pass his college examinations. His typical day involves aimless idling with his buddy, Gobinda, played by Parthasarathi Chakraborty. Gobinda is the owner of a salon named Powerpaglu Saloon.

Raja's life takes an unexpected turn when, on his third attempt at the final exams, he crosses paths with a fellow student named Isha, played by Rittika Sen. It's love at first sight for Raja, but there's a significant language barrier. Raja is clueless when it comes to English, and he can't grasp the meaning of the word "pardon," which Isha frequently uses in response to his advances.

Raja's efforts to win Isha's heart, with Gobinda's comically misguided guidance, become a source of unintentional humor. Isha's initial irritation at Raja's advances only intensifies. However, the tables turn when Isha's elder sister marries Raja's elder brother, who happens to be a veterinarian. Suddenly, Isha begins to see Raja in a new light.

The studious and initially disdainful Isha finds Raja intriguing after her sister's marriage connects their families. This prompts Raja to take his first steps towards self-improvement. He approaches Isha's sister with a marriage proposal, only to be told that nobody, not even Raja himself, would want their sister to marry a man with no ambition or means of income.

Raja takes this wake-up call seriously and sets a personal challenge to secure employment and financial stability within six months. Isha, realizing the sincerity of his effort, apologizes for her earlier doubts and decides to help him. She arranges a loan from her father's bank, despite knowing Raja's limitations.

In an unexpected turn of events, Isha offers to marry Raja and take on the responsibility of supporting their future together. Raja opens a tuition center in his pursuit of financial independence. His initial hires, teachers for failed Madhyamik students, are unable to handle the unruly students and quit. However, Raja's determination leads him to employ a blind science teacher with an M.A. degree, whom he met while purchasing a cell phone for Isha.

Under the guidance of this teacher, Raja's students excel in their exams, and his coaching center gains a reputation for academic success. However, when Gobinda publicly insults Isha's father at a conference for refusing to grant Raja a loan, Isha's family decides to arrange her marriage to a foreigner named Aditya, played by Yash Dasgupta.

Aditya's involvement with another girl leads him to confess to Isha's father about his desire for her to marry Raja. As a result, the marriage of Isha and Raja is set in motion, marking a heartwarming and transformative journey from academic underachiever to a successful and committed life partner.
